Gastric Ulcer:
Dull epigastric pain during or soon after meals, relieved by vomiting or antacids
Weight loss, anorexia (malignant ulcer), more common in blood group A
Mallory Weiss Syndrome:
Preceded by retching, initial clear vomitus turning bloody, typically after alcohol consumption
Esophageal Varices: Hx OF CLD, JAUNDICE, RUQ PAIN, ALCOHOL ABUSE, HX OF BLOOD TRANSFUSION
Dieulafoy lesion (no preceding pain)
Stress ulcers
Hepatic, renal, or blood dyscrasia-induced bleeding
